Noemí Avram received an Architectural Degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto, Canada. She has been a licensed architect in California since 1994.

Ms. Avram is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), serving as President of the San Mateo County Chapter in 2005. She served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Foster City for 17 years, is an active member of the Rotary Club of Foster City, and served on the Downtown San Mateo Association Board. Ms. Avram graduated from the San Mateo Area Leadership Class in 2004, a Leadership Program serving the cities of San Mateo, Foster City, Burlingame and Hillsborough.
