Kaarin Hardy

Co-Founder, Co-President

Kaarin Hardy has over 20 years of experience working in volunteer and nonprofit organizations and has a background in federal, state, and local government. She has a passion for growing organizations, strategic planning, and coalition building. Kaarin has worked as a staff member in the US Senate and served in local elected office as a Hillsborough City School District Trustee. She has also held positions as a Board Member of the International School of Basel, served on the Campus Plan Development Strategic Task Force for the Singapore International School, and as an Executive Board member of CuriOdyssey Science Museum. Kaarin currently serves as a board member of Peninsula Bridge organization.

Kaarin has spent time living and working in Europe, Asia, and the United States. She has a BA in Political Science from DePauw University, a MA in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Kaarin previously worked with Deloitte Consulting in their State and Local Government Practice in the US, and the Public Sector practice in the United Kingdom. In her spare time Kaarin enjoys spending time with her family exploring the hiking trails of San Mateo County, skiing, and volunteering for local nonprofit organizations.
