Kaarin Hardy has over 20 years of experience working in volunteer and nonprofit organizations and has a background in federal, state, and local government. As a co-founder of Leadership Council SMC, Kaarin has applied her passions for growing organizations, strategic planning, and coalition building.
Kaarin has worked as a staff member in the US Senate and served in local elected office, as a Hillsborough City School District Trustee. She has also held positions as a Board Member of the International School of Basel, campus development strategic task force for the Singapore International School, and an Executive Board member of CuriOdyssey Science Museum. Kaarin currently serves as a board member of Peninsula Bridge organization.
Kaarin spent time living and working in Europe, Asia, and the US. She has a BA in Political Science from DePauw University and a MA in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Kaarin previously worked with Deloitte Consulting in their State and Local Government Practice in the United States, and Deloitte’s Public Sector practice in the United Kingdom.
